1. What does a Professional Organizer do?

A pro organizer de-stresses your home and life by creating organizing systems. We teach you our organizational skills to save you time, money and overall be less stressed.

2. I'm not sure I'm ready to have you look in my home. Should I clean up first?

No, we can better assist you by seeing how the space is currently that is causing you distress. We believe in being 100% confidential and nonjudgmental.

3. How do the packages work with the discounts?

The packages are setup so that you will receive a discount by paying in full, upfront. This allows us to book you for all your sessions in advance and if you need to reschedule there's no problem since you have already paid. Also, there are no expiration dates on sessions already purchased. 

4. What is included in the packages?

Our packages are all inclusive. Which means the time we spend outside of your home shopping for supplies, follow up correspondence and hauling donation items away doesn't count against your session hours.

Organizing supplies are NOT included but are OPTIONAL; we will tell you our recommendations. Depending on your style, supplies can range from $100 and up for one space. 

5. What if we don't end up using all of our sessions once the project is complete?

Organization is something that needs to be kept on top of in order to not have it get out of hand. We can use any remaining hours to schedule maintenance sessions every couple months to make sure your space is kept organized or start another organizing project.

6. Do I need to be present with you during the session(s)?

In the beginning we may need to declutter the space, which yes, we will need you to ultimately decide if something needs to be tossed, donated or sold. After that we can finish the project and tweak things at the end to best fit you.

7. How do I pay for your services?

Payment is collected at no later than the beginning of our first session. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept checks but will need to process payment before we can begin working.

8. Are you insured?

Yes, we maintain a general liability policy.

9. Can my kids help?

This is up to you but we have found that things tend to get done more easily without kids present.

10. Do you offer cleaning services?

We will do light wipe down of dusty objects that we are working with but DO NOT offer cleaning services.
